I have taken care of many peoples pets for many years including dogs, cats, reptiles, and chickens. I have administered medication to animals in the past among many other tasks that care for a pets basic needs. Im up for anything a pet may need.

Amanda was great. Stopped by twice before the actual visit to introduce herself and acquaint herself with our two dogs. Amanda provided drop-in service while my family took the train to Silverton. She sent a follow text and photo regarding her visit and the dogs interaction. I would definately recommend Amanda for watching your fur babies while being away.
We lucked out finding Amanda. She is easy to work with, very responsible and trustworthy. Our dog took to her immediately.

I live close to public trails as well as have direct access to the river trail in Durango. I have two friendly cats at home who are good with dogs. I am also happy to stay at the pet owners home if that is where they are most comfortable.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or medications that they take. I’m always happy to administer medicine if needed. If your fur baby has specific thing they like to do or play with, I’d love to know all about that for them! I love making my pets feel safe and loved and as at home as possible while their human is away.
A typical day
I love to take the pups I watch on long walks around the trail systems of Durango. I also love to take them to the dog park if they are needing some extra social doggy interaction. No matter the weather, I think it’s important they get outside to stretch their legs as much as possible!
