Pet care experience
I have grown up around dogs and other animals since I was a kid and have had four beagles of my own (2 currently). I went to a vocational high school for Agribusiness and Animal Science. Animals and dogs especially have always had a special place in my heart. I currently have two 5 year old rescue beagles who get along with everyone! I have a fenced in back yard and a home where dogs are allowed on all furniture. Poe and Murphy get their energy out in the yard, but if yours prefers walks then we can do that! I am active duty Coast Guard, and sometimes have to leave my boys with a sitter, so I will be sure to make your dog feel at home and loved while you are away. I will provide frequent updates and flexible options. I hope to meet you and your fur baby soon!

Amanda was absolutely FANTASTIC with our rottie! We had a last minute family emergency we had to go out of town for and she willingly and happily watched our doggo. Amanda sent us updates on how much fun he was having and was flexible with our pick up and drop off times. We would refer all of our friends to her and would book Amanda again and again!

I have a brand new chain link fence for my two pups who love to play. They are escape artists, so my yard is dog proof and I keep a close eye on their activity. Your dog will be at home on furniture, but can be crated if you or they prefer that.

A typical day
We go on walks in the neighborhood and play fetch in the back yard. We also play inside the house. My boys has a ton of toys that he loves to share.

Availability
I work Monday thru Friday, so I prefer weekend visits so that I can be attentive to your dog for their full stay. However, if you’d like for them to stay during the week, that’s okay too! I work ten minutes away for potty breaks during the day, and monitor them via an indoor camera while I am away.
