Hi! My name is Amanda. I am a student and animal lover. I grew up with pets and I've been dog sitting, cat sitting, and volunteering in animal shelters for about fourteen years now. Since moving to Washington and Alaska from the east coast, I’ve spent most of my free time exploring in the great outdoors with wonderful dogs! I have experience watching dogs both young and old, of all different breeds, with different unique needs. I am so excited for the opportunity to meet your pups and learn about their individual quirks. Amanda did such a wonderful job watching our recently adopted rescue dog, Fiona! We were nervous to leave her for the first time, as she has pretty severe separation anxiety, but there was no need. Amanda brought Fiona everywhere with her and gave her all the love and pets in the world. She also kept us up to date with pictures of Fiona daily, but did not disrupt our vacation with any worries whatsoever. Upon return from our travels, Fiona was uninterested in us and wanted to go home with Amanda! Another bonus: She taught our pup new tricks such as "dance" and "gentle". Amanda is now always the first person I reach out to when in need of a dog sitter.
Amanda has a love for all animals. She has a very kind and giving heart and will do anything to make sure your pet is happy and healthy!
