Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Amanda and I am 19 years old. I’ve watched dogs and cats since I was in middle school and have continued caring for and loving them until now! Friends, family, and strangers can all rely on me to make sure their pet is loved and well cared for. One of my favorite things to do is go on a long relaxing walk with a new furry friend of mine. I can play with cats and dogs for hours and teach them fun new tricks! My dog, Indie, and I have loved playing hide and seek together for years now. Indie is a 70 pound English Setter so rest assured there is no dog too big or too small! I take so much joy in spending time with and caring for all animals, I can’t wait to meet so many new lovely cats and dogs!

I am capable of giving cats and dogs their medicine as needed. My dog Indie takes two medications in the morning which are wrapped in cheese as a nice treat for him, I am able to give pets their medicine in any odd way that is needed. I am able to walk dogs multiple times a day and stay outside with them when they are let outside. I clean litter boxes twice a day but can always clean it more often if needed. If your pet needs to be crated I am able to do that! I am able to do anything to make sure your pet(s) is well taken care of.

I currently am unemployed which gives me an extremely flexible schedule, I am available all hours of the day everyday. In the future, however, I am planning on becoming a veterinary technician! My love and care for animals is something I take seriously and is something I want to do for the rest of my life.
