Pet care experience
I have always been passionate about pets, specially our canine friends. Since a child I have been around dogs, therefore I know what it takes to provide the right care your pet needs. I will ensure your dog is cared for and is cared for properly while you are gone. I am a FitBit enthusiast, therefore I do not mind getting my steps by walking dogs, or even taking him or her on a hike. I am familiar with different trails, I even know of trails that have shade for those hot days during the summer. I also currently have a yearly pass to Great Falls, that is another adventure we can partake in. Now, if your dog is a "dog park kind of guy or gal" we can also go on dog park adventures. After each outing, I will make sure your dog paws are clean and most importantly check for ticks after hikes. I do not mind bathing your fur baby while you are gone to make sure he/she smells perfect for when you reunite! I am very flexible. I just want to make sure your pup feels at home and comfortable while you are away! I am familiar with cats as well. I have one of my own! They tend to be very self sufficient, but I always like to make sure they are cared for and given belly rubs as well!

Amanda was awesome! We highly recommend her! I wish we could give her more than 5 stars! She met with us before the actual job started to get all the instructions and to meet our dogs. While we were away she was excellent in communicating with us. We felt very comfortable having her stay in our home and keep our dogs company while we were away. She was very responsive and sent updates and lots of pics, which we loved. Besides being a responsible dog sitter, she left our home spotless! We wouldn't hesitate to call her again!

I have one dog at home that loves to play with others. I have a one year old daughter that is great with animals. I can also crate your dog if need be if he/she is used to that. Also making sure to give great long walks for those dogs that need the extra energy out!

As a dog owner I am very aware that dogs have different personalities and habits. Therefore, I would like to talk to the dog owner to go over those details. For instance, if the dog is taking medications or if he has any kind of allergies, those are important details to know about the pet. If he has a vet, I would also like to know that information, in case of emergencies. Furthermore, also if the pet has any favorite toys or the type of activities the pet enjoys. Anything that will prevent the pet from missing his owner. Also I would like to know what his or her potty habits are, feeding habits. I will make sure to send you updated videos and pictures of your fur pup! Also, I do not have any breed preference, I love all dogs, small, medium, big, huge, any size and any bread.
A typical day
There are many trails around my neighborhood that we can explore. I also know many dog parks that are around my area to let the dog go and run free for awhile. If okay with owner, I know hiking trails that are good for high energy dogs, so they can get a lot of exercise. I would love to go play fetch with the dog. I want the pup to feel like they are on vacation! Having fun as much as they can!
