Hi there! I’m Amanda, I’m originally from Ohio and now reside in Moreno Valley, California. I grew up around animals my entire life ranging from pocket pets to dogs. I have watched after my family's, friends, neighbors, and local residents pets while they were on vacation or just needed an extra helping hand. I have done volunteer/foster work with a dog rescue helping to get them adopted and into loving homes. I have experience with pets of all ages, special needs, medications, behavior issues, etc. Puppies MUST be started on their parvo vaccination series, no exceptions. Also, I cannot take your dogs for walks without proof of up to date vaccines for their safety. I love all animals. Any breed of dogs & cats are welcome. When taking on a new client, I like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. It also gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pet and your care expectations. No one knows your pet better than you do! If for any reason I am unavailable, due to another client being scheduled or prior engagement, my husband is available to help you with any of your and/or your pets needs. He is also experienced with many types of special needs pets (e.g. blind/deaf, elderly, regular medication) and will show your pets the same love and special attention as I would. His name is Todd and he is currently a PhD candidate at the University of California Riverside. He has owned several dogs, cats, various rodents, reptiles, and fish. He loves to exercise and can take your dogs on walks, or even runs if necessary. He generally comes with me during the meet and greet so that he may become acquainted with you and your pets. My goal is always to go above and beyond when taking care of your pet. I always make sure to send daily updates to owners, so you can know exactly how your pup is doing. Of course, there will be lots of accompanying pictures that will show you just how much fun we’re having together! Availability: - I am available for drop-ins, dog walks, or to house sit (where I stay/sleep at your home). - I only offer to watch dogs/cats in your home. (I have my own dog who doesn't do well around others.)
