I am a calm, conscientious petsitter. I carefully follow all instructions and work hard to make sure your dog or cat is safe and happy while you’re gone. I grew up with two large, high-energy dogs, and as a petsitter I’ve taken care of plenty more (along with cats, fish, lizards, one tortoise, and a frog). I enjoy running around with active dogs, as well as just relaxing on the couch with more peaceable dogs or cats. I have plenty of experience with dogs who bark, lunge, or pull on the leash, so I'm happy to walk dogs who might not always have the best leash behavior. I’m getting my PhD in ecology, and I’ve worked with animals including penguins, sea turtles, and whales in the wild - I find dogs and cats are generally easier!
