Throughout my experience, I’ve had the privilege of raising dogs from playful puppies to their golden years. I’m well-versed in caring for dogs with a variety of needs, including seizure disorders, diabetes, allergies, and specific dietary requirements. Whether it’s a spirited Chihuahua or a gentle Great Dane, I’ve enjoyed building bonds with dogs of all breeds and personalities. As a certified dog trainer, I’m passionate about fostering positive behaviors and strengthening the human-animal bond. I offer not only pet sitting but also additional services like dog walks (30 or 60 minutes), bathing, nail trims, de-shedding, and limited grooming to ensure your furry friend leaves feeling fresh and fabulous! Your furry companion's safety and comfort are my highest priorities. I have a dedicated "dog room" that leads to my secured backyard, which is fully enclosed by a privacy fence on all sides. This setup provides a safe and enjoyable space for your pet to play and relax. Building trust between your dog and my family is essential. For new clients, I typically request a meet and greet to establish familiarity and ease. I understand that this may not always be possible, and I’m flexible in accommodating such situations on a case-by-case basis. To ensure a stress-free environment during mealtimes, all dogs are separated, and while I cannot accommodate "free feeding," I am happy to provide small, frequent meals tailored to each dog’s needs. It’s important to note that all dogs must be kennel trained. Dogs will be kenneled during mealtimes, at night, and in the rare instance when an adult is unable to supervise. Unfortunately, I cannot accept dogs that are not kennel trained, as this ensures the safety and comfort of all pets in my care.

For active dogs, we can enjoy leisurely walks around the neighborhood and explore nearby trails, soaking up the fresh air and sights. Your furry friend will have access to a variety of engaging activities, including fun dog games, interactive puzzles, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Socialization is encouraged, whether through playtime with other dogs or just enjoying some quiet moments together. However, I understand that some dogs may prefer a more relaxed approach, and I will never force a dog to engage if they are feeling stressed. To promote mental stimulation, I provide puzzle toys and brain exercises, ensuring your dog’s mind stays active and engaged. Ultimately, my goal is to create a nurturing and enjoyable experience for your dog, allowing them to feel at ease and happy during their stay.

Both my husband and I work remotely, which allows us to provide your dog with a loving and attentive environment. When your furry friend stays with us, they become a cherished part of our family and have full access to our home. Our children, now 10 and 12, are calm and respectful around pets, ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for your dog. They love engaging in playtime too, making it a fun experience for everyone involved. With an adult typically at home 24/7, your dog will receive constant companionship and care. I am passionate about working with dogs and am dedicated to providing them with the attention and love they deserve while you’re away.
