Since a child I have grown up as an animal lover, no animal excluded! I've owned pets from small exotics to large horses! I started in 2001 pet sitting for friends and family, hoping to oneday become a veterinarian! I started working in the veterinary field in 2004 at a low cost clinic eventually Working my way up to Emergency hospitals and top specialty hospitals in the New Orleans area. Unfortunately I did not complete Veterinarian school due to "life happens", although I was highly trained and trusted to operate the ICU, ER, surgery and recovery areas by administering healthcare, medications, stabilizing critical patients, monitoring surgery and my patients, along with a lot of TLC to the fur babies!!! I treat every fur baby as if he/she were my own while in my care. I love making fur babies feel comfortable and safe while their parent/s are away having fun...or working! . I have worked with many breeds and the very many different personalities (Aggressive to the most submissive babies). ALL babies get treated equally with love, care and affection. Though some may not be into it while warming up to me, I use patience while talking to them (yes, talking!) I try to stay flexible for scheduling and drop in visits as I know life happens and I'll do my best to accommodate! I have trusted and close veterinarian friends on stand by at all times.
