Pet care experience
I am the mommy of two beautiful girls and a very playfull Maultipoo, Ginger! I grew up carring for various types of animals, mostly cats. I got my first two puppies when I left home and began the journey as an adult pet owner. I made a lot of mistakes! I waited over a decade to get another puppy so that I could do it right! Ginger came to us when she was just 8 weeks old from a local shelter. I really don't know how we enjoyed life before we got her. She and I are companions. We are each others therapy. My puppy is great with other dogs and children. She is a bit anxious, so she sticks by my side most days.

I don't have any breed preferences but I would like to know about a dogs temperment. I will only allow dogs in my home who are good with other dogs and children. I will not be bringing my children on walks, so I don't have any preferences regarding that.
A typical day
I love to walk! Do you have a dog that likes to run and walk? I'm your lady! I am very active and would love to play with your dog at the dog park! We have a beautiful one less than 10 minutes from our home. I also love walking the trails of our local state park. I have made lots of doggie friends there! We live on a little over a half acre of property in the woods, so there is plenty of room to play.
