Pet care experience
I was 5 years old when our first dog, Chester, joined our family. From that day forward, not a day has passed that I haven’t taken care of a furry family member. I have shared a home with dogs, cats, and even snakes. I have completed the Wisconsin Humane Society’s requirements for foster animal care. I currently share my home with a little black tuxedo cat. She initially came to me as a foster, but she stole my heart and I just couldn’t let her go!

I have a 3 year old cat who requires a lot of care and special attention because she is FIV positive. Due to her compromised immune system and the risk of transmission, cat sitting services can only be provided in your own home. You can be certain that your home will be cared for and respected just as much as your pet is- and I always treat clients’ pets with the same love and kindness as my own.

It is very important for me to know which commands your pet(s) know or are learning so as to not confuse them. Additionally, please let me know ahead of time if your pet requires any special care, is reactive with people and/or animals, or if they have any resource guarding behaviors.
A typical day
When it comes to dogs, I love to spend time in the yard with them. Whether we’re playing fetch or just taking in some fresh air while they stretch their legs, it’s important for them to get that stimulation. As for cats, I love giving them the opportunity to flex their hunting instincts by chasing a laser pointer or a feather wand. Your fur baby will have unlimited access to cuddle and rest in my lap if they choose.

I am not currently working a formal job, therefore I have a relatively open schedule. I am studying online for my bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership with Arizona State University. My school work can be done on my own time, allowing me plenty of opportunities to care for your fur babies!
