Pet care experience
I grew up with several cats and dogs as pets. At one point my parents had three dogs and a cat so I'm definitely used to taking care of several animals at a time. I now have a dog of my own that I absolutely love. I enjoy taking her on walks, chasing her around and playing tug with her. I have done Rover pet sitting for about 4 years now and I will treat your pets like family and care for them as if they were my own.

As fur-pawrents that have never both left our pup to go out of town, Amanda put our minds at ease immediately by charming our fur-baby Marlin from their first meeting. She stopped by for a few walks to get comfortable with our boy, and for us to get comfortable with her walking him. Once we left, she sent us daily updates and lots of pictures of him playing on nice long walks, and snuggling up to her at our home. We were able to enjoy our honeymoon knowing that he was well taken care of and getting all the love and attention while we were gone. We returned home to a happy healthy pup! In addition, she left the house spotless! Highly recommend Amanda to watch over your fur-babies.

I will handle your pets with love and care. When I'm with them, I will give them all of my attention whether that be playing with toys, going on walks, giving them all the pets and belly rubs, or just making sure they eat and go potty. I do have a dog of my own so if you are booking a house sitting service, I will have to do some back and forth to take care of my dog as well or I can bring her along if your pets are good with other dogs. I can generally give potty breaks every 2-4 hours during the work week with my WFH schedule.

A typical day
When I'm with your pet, we will spend time playing with the toys you have available or I can take your dogs on a walk. If your dog is good with others dogs, let me know and I can bring my pup so they can play together and tire each other out.
