Hello!! I’m Amanda, and I’ve been around animals from Day 1. I currently have a sweet calico cat named Thisbe. I have wide experience to be able to take care of your dog and/or cat including walking, grooming, clean-up, cuddling, and play. My experience also includes taking care of other animal friends including iguanas, hamsters, and parakeets! I am generally open to taking care of any other domestic pet . I am also an avid plant caretaker and would be more than happy to take care of your plants while you are away as well as any other house-sitting tasks! My family dog, Pepper, had epilepsy and my cat has hyperthyroidism, so I have experience administering medications and handling medical emergencies. I also have experience with diabetic pets, including administering insulin injections. My favorite thing in the world is spending time with animals. I would love the opportunity to meet your pet! Amanda is amazing! This was the longest I have been away for but my mind was at easy because Amanda kept me updated with lots of photos everyday. My house was left in great condition and I know my pup was in good hands because she had no nervous energy when I came back. Definitely recommend Amanda!
Amanda was awesome. She took excellent care of our little fur family from Wed-Sunday, visiting twice a day to feed and check on them. She also watered our plants and garden while we were away. Having daily check in photos was a bonus, she captured each animal's personality perfectly. We would highly recommend Amanda and plan to ask her to come back the next time we go out of town.
Amanda went above & beyond caring for our three cats. All of our cats are rescues, but one in particular is still very fearful of strangers & she hid whenever Amanda opened the door. Amanda was flexible & tried her best to feed a very scared & skittish cat. Amanda is a great communicator, very responsible & we appreciated the daily updates & photos. We will definitely have her pet sit in the future!
I’m so pleased with my first Rover experience with Amanda! My dog gets bad separation anxiety when I leave her alone so it put me at ease knowing she was in good care. Amanda kept me updated through out the day with photos and it made the whole experience easy and smooth. Will be using her services again in the future! Thanks Amanda :)
