I booked with Amanda pretty excitedly since she seemed very kind and patient at the start, and had good reviews. However, when I came home from my 3 day trip, I was hit with the smell of cat waste, and it seems the litter box was completely full. I took some pictures and asked Amanda about them, and she got very defensive and started getting somewhat aggressive with me about questioning her "integrity". I have a just turned 1 year old cat, and there is simply no way she could have filled up that whole litter box within 16 hours. I said it wasn't personal and that I wasn't angry, I just needed to know since it concerned my cat's personal heath, and Amanda went forward and insulted my memory, refused to acknowledge any of my concerns, told me not to lie, accused me of perhaps just trying to get my money back, and then told me she would no longer discuss with me and if I wanted to discuss anything I should do so with Rover support instead. Money itself for a 3 day trip was never the issue, and I don't mind people making mistakes or having human error, my cat is very low maintenance and I have an automated feeder for her. Cleaning out a litter box is one of the basic necessities of cat sitting care and the communication given was extremely poor. I have been very calm, told her I was not angry, and never called you any names or been rude to you, I even left out snacks and handwritten notes with cat drawings on them. Amanda did seem to play and give my cat a few treats and a little wet food as directed, so I wasn't even that upset about it at first either until the communication. Again, money was never the issue, my cat's care and health is.

Our family highly recommends Amanda to take care of your fur baby! Amanda was awesome with our 5 month Goldendoodle puppy! Our Goldendoodle didn’t want her to leave! :) That’s how much he loves her! She quickly responded to our pet sit request. She asked great questions about the care of our puppy. We are definitely booking Amanda again!
