Pet care experience
I love dogs, you could say I am sort of obsessed with them. I have worked with shelter dogs ranging in training levels- from already very well trained to a completely wild blank slate- since I was a sophomore in high school. I have also been employed at Dog Daycares before and supervised dog socialization groups with numbers up to 25 large dogs per group. I am currently studying Veterinary Medicine at Santa Rosa Junior College and am applying my newly learned skills in the local animal shelter vet room. I can administer medications easily and know basic medical care such as bandage changing etc. I have never been an employed dog sitter but I have dog sat for several friends and family. I would love to dog sit for your pets and am eager to help you with any services I can!

She also has a heart of gold - she is dependable & trustworthy - my dogs are like my children and I would completely trust her with them. She also has a gift for training dogs who need a bit of help - she has a positive & rewarding approach - which ia absolutely awesome! Hello! I have known Amanda for a lengthy period of time. I have watched her grow into the young woman she is today, and I could not be more proud to call her both my friend and an excellent caretaker for animals everywhere. She has always held a fascination for animals, from our equine friends to our canine companions. Amanda has an excellent background in multiple Veterinary Clinics, Animal Shelters, and Equine Boarding facilities. She has, in fact, taken care of my animals while I was away, either for school or work, and I could not have found a better pet sitter. She is kind, responsible, competent, and has a willingness to work rarely found in the young people of today. If your fur children are in need of a sitter, I highly recommend Amanda as your new caregiver.
