Pet care experience
I grew up around animals of many kinds my entire life. I lived on a farm for over 10 years, where I managed cows, horses, chickens, cats, and dogs. I have always been the animal whisperer of my social group. I have had inside and outside cats and dogs, as well as help care for my family's parrots currently and had done a sitting for my friend's chinchilla recently as well. I love animals, I believe they are some of the most genuine creatures full of spirt and love. I currently own a small lab mix as well as two cats, one of which was a kitten rescure off the streets. All of them are wonderful and loving and I would continue to bring in more if I had the space! It is a passion for me to help pets as well as their families by providing what love and care I have.

Amanda pet sat for me and my fiancé little while back while we went out of town for couple days. She did an amazing job they were all taken care of properly. We really loved her! Definitely would recommend for any of our friends or family.
Amanda is a very loving person to animals. She has watched my dog when i went out of town multiple times. I’m very pleased with how she handles our crazy dog milo with love and compassion. I would have her do it again for sure.
Amanda is by nature a dog loving person. She has on many occasions watched our 2 Black Labs for us while my wife and I are out of town. She is very responsible and a very loving dog caregiver. She makes our Labs feel like she's part of their pack and they love seeing her everytime she at our place. I can't say enough about the care she gives to our fur babies. It sure takes the stress out of being away knowing they are in great hands.
A dog owner herself, Amanda has a great passion for animals. She has taken care of pets her whole life. Amanda comes to our house and takes care of our two dogs and birds when we are away. She not only takes care of their physical needs but always takes the time to play with them and stay a bit so they are not lonely. I would definitely recommend Amanda to take care of your pets!

I have my own house to have overnight stays. I also have a large pen inside my house for my little one when I need to run out, as I personally do not use or enjoy cages. I also have a baby gate to give the entire room of space for animals to rest in at night if needed. I have a 25 foot cable tie out for potty breaks. I have a kiddie pool for dogs to play in. I have multiple pet leashes and walking gear. I feed my animals high grade, grain free food and have stainless steel bowls. I am all about the animals when I am in their proximity, I can never get enough of their love!

I would need to know any special needs, including possible medications or routines that need to be followed. Also, if there is anything in particular personality wise, to avoid or be cautious of. For example, my dog does not enjoy large crowds of people, only small groups at a time, so I avoid taking her anywhere to uncomfortable for her when I can.
A typical day
I love to take my little one out to go for walks on trails. I also have a kiddie pool to play in and many many toys. Also, my little girl, Rosie is always there to give companionship to all who visit.

Availability
I currently work 8-5 Monday-Fridays. I am available in the afternoons and weekends. I personally spend most of my days with my animals at home, and take my dog out for walks on trails on weekends.
