Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my whole life but I've spent the last 2 years working for a local rescue helping with moms and puppies and large breed dogs. My heart is in saving as many animals as possible and providing them the best life has to offer.

Amanda and her daughter accommodated our request to watch our golden retriever for a few hours in their home while we went to a race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Great experience!

We have used Amanda multiple times to watch our two dogs - usually for a night or two. She always sends us photos and has been so flexible with our arrival/pick-up times. Our most recent trip took us away for a week, but our beagle ran away a few days prior! We had still not located her when it was time for us to leave and were distraught. Amanda quickly reached out to people she knew and found our beloved Abby while we were away! She went above and beyond for us, and I will forever be grateful for that. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone who is in need of a dog-sitter, whether it be for only a few hours or weeks at a time :)
Amanda and her family where great with Julie. I got updates with pictures which was great. I was feeling a little guilty leaving Julie because I only had her for about 6 weeks and we where still getting use to each other even though we are familiar. She was my aunt's dog that I took in after she passed away last year. Julie definitely was spoiled with Amanda.

I work at a local high school so my schedule is open in the summer. I work before and after school hours and my teenage daughter also helps with training and pet care throughout the day while I work.
