Pet care experience
I am a third year veterinary student at University of Pennsylvania! I have been pet sitting since high school and I have a lot of experience taking care of animals. I find taking care of animals incredibly fulfilling! I have spent my summers working at veterinary hospitals where part of my duties were taking care of boarding pets. I also volunteered at animal shelters throughout college where I helped walk dogs. Your pets will receive endless playtime, belly rubs, walks and extra attention!

Amanda is conscientious and responsible and she obviously adores animals! She has been caring for our animals and our neighbors' animals when traveling. She loves to walk dogs and play with the cats and is comfortable with feeding them. Amanda has worked in a veterinarian's office and at a few zoos on college breaks so she is comfortable with all types of animals. We are so happy for her to be following her dream career of becoming a veterinarian herself since she recently got accepted to two great vet schools....not an easy thing to do! What better pet sitter can you have than this future veterinarian? I highly recommend Amanda to anyone who wants a loving, warm, playful companion for their pet. You can count on her to be responsible and attentive to your pets needs for care!

A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks to Clark Park, which is only a short distance from my apartment. Safety and comfort are my number one priorities when hosting a pet client.

I am currently in classes during the weekdays but would be happy to take your dog on a walk during my lunch break! I also have a lot of availability on Wednesdays (lighter class load) and weekends.
