Pet care experience
6 years of taking care of dogs whether it be pet sitting in your home or my personal home. I started out taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs and looking to expand. I myself have had at least one dog in my home growing up and have a deep appreciation and love for them.
Reviews
Amanda is ALWAYS amazing with Mijo! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
Amanda is amazing! My little boy has the absolute time of his life when he has sleep overs at her house. Once again, she has made me feel so comfortable leaving him when going out of town and I know he’s in the greatest hands with her. Thank you again, Amanda! I truly appreciate you 😊
Awesome, as always
I cannot praise and thank Amanda enough for taking such great care of my 4 month old fur baby, Luca. As a first time Mama, it was nerve racking to not be able to take him on vacation with me, but Amanda made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. Luca had the greatest time playing all day with her puppy Arlo and he was so lucky to get to sleep in bed with her just as he does with me. I will absolutely be rebooking with her next time I go out of town. :)

I have a very small fenced off rocky yard that is puppy proof for any escape artists. I also have a doggy door so your pet can access that yard for themselves at all times. I regularly take my dogs out for walks and for dog park visits. If you'd like your dog to come along, be sure to let me know. I have 2 dogs of my own in the home. One puppy Doberman/Labrador mix that is 5 months old. One adult Corgi/Chihuahua mix that is ~14 years old. While the adult is disinterested in play, the puppy loves it.

Information Amanda G. would like to know about your pet
How well does your dog get along with other dogs (old, young, big breed, small breed)? Are you comfortable with you're dog being taken to a dog park? Do they know to use a doggy door or need to be shown how? Does your dog need to be crated if left alone in the home? Does your dog have any special behavior/moods/triggers?
A typical day
I take my dogs out for walks every morning before I leave for work. Sometimes for lunch I'll stop and eat lunch with them, but for the most part they are independent and don't require check-ins. Every evening I either take my dogs to the dog park or the green belt close to my house to let them run off-leash. They get breakfast and dinner and treats through out the day and lots of love and attention while I am home. The way I care for my dogs, is how I would care for another's.

Availability
I am available weekdays and weekends. Note: I work in office full time. My office is about 5 minutes away from my apartment complex so it's easy to do a midday check on the dogs.
