Pet care experience
I am well versed with many dog breeds and behaviors. I am an animal lover and an attentive care taker. Safety is my priority. I have the resources to offer a separate play space, a separate kennel area, dog bathing, senior care and puppy care. I’ve done it all through hired and personal experience. I am looking to maintain a regular customer base and eventually grow my own business in the Spotsylvania Courthouse area!

Hands down one of the best experiences we've ever had boarding our 150lb 1 year-old-Irish Wolfhound puppy, Fergus. Amanda and her husband we're absolutely fantastic. They were flexible and understanding regarding pick-up and drop off times. Plus, they even were willing to walk our dog, which was incredible given most sitters won't given his size. Could not recommend Amanda and her husband enough. Will be boarding Fergus with them whenever possible in the future. If I could given them 10 stars I would.
My dog loves Amanda so much! Amanda did such a good job watching my dog and was so good about keeping me updated! She was very conscientious about my dogs unique diet and particular social behaviors. I know Amanda has three dogs of her own and I could tell she showed as much love to my dog as she does to hers!
Amanda adapted one of our fosters and was nothing but amazing throughout the entire process! We were so impressed with how much care she put into making sure our foster feel safe, and comfortable! She also kept in touch regularly to send pictures and share how well he was doing with his new furry siblings! She takes such great care of her animals and always knows just what they need to be comfortable! Her love for animals is contagious and we definitely recommend Amanda for at-home pet sitting l, walking, etc! So much so that we even trust her with our fur babies, in the event we need it!
Amanda is a natural with a animals and especially dogs. I have seen her interact and train dogs of all ages and a variety of breeds. I trust Amanda with all my dogs (5 of them) and I would not hesitate recommending her as a responsible and loving pet caregiver.

I have a 1.5 acre fenced in yard and a four bedroom home. I also have a 10’ by 20’ kennel being built. I have baby gates throughout the home to ensure the animals are safe in their own space. I am able to accommodate pets that need to be separated.

If your dog takes any medications (oral, rectal, injectable) please let me know beforehand. Please let me know if your dog is on a special diet, if your dog has a chronic injury (even if it is something that just flares up every so often), or behavioral problems that I need to accommodate.
A typical day
I have a big backyard dedicated to my dogs, they can feel free to dig holes, play in the water, and enjoy toys from my monthly toy subscription, whatever they want! I have a dog water fountain and little dog pool in my yard for the Summer. We have a lot of fun!
