Pet care experience
I initiated the rescue of my dog brother Digger when I was just 13. He profoundly deepened my loves for animals - I think they can teach us a lot about life and bring us so much joy! Just a few months ago, I began fostering (and ended up adopting) my own fur baby Phoebe Marie. I love her so much and really enjoy playing with and walking animals of all shapes and sizes. Nowadays, Digger is 15 and needs tons of extra TLC, while my baby Phoebe requires daily runs and has severe allergies. I would love to help car for your fur babies too! :)

Amanda is amazing! Puka immediately wagged his tail and gave her his tushy to rub when she walked in the door for our greet/meet. This was my first time using Rover so seeing that interaction immediately put my mind at ease. My fiancé and I live in a small apartment in San Pedro with our fur baby, Phoebe! We have fostered other dogs in our home and can be accommodating of special needs. Phoebe is crate trained, so may be separated and kept in our room if no one is home.

I love giving fur babies treats! Please let me know of any allergies and preferences that they have. I’d also like to know whether you prefer them on harness, prong collar, etc for walks as I know this makes a huge difference from pup to pup.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on long walks by the LA harbor or beaches near my house! They love the salty air and the sniffs down by the water. I enjoy playing fetch and tug of war with dogs if there is enough space!

I am just starting a new job with an overnight schedule! I plan on continuing with part-time pet care, including walks and drop ins during the day time and weekends. I am very flexible, please reach out to me & I’m sure we can sort something out!
