My dog Gracie is my baby! Gracie is epileptic and she gets medicine twice a day, so if your dog needs meds, I'll have no problem meeting his/her schedule. I've also administered insulin shots to dogs and cats and have worked as a professional dog walker/care giver before. I work during the week, so only do some weekend boarding (Friday - Sunday), but your dog will have a great time. Gracie is crated when I'm not home, but otherwise she has the run of the house. She lounges on my couches and sleeps In my room and your dog can, too. I'd prefer your dog be crated when I'm away, but it's not necessarily required. Rest assured, I'll love your dog like you do! NOTE: Gracie overwhelmingly prefers male dogs.

Amanda is wonderful! She took amazing care of our dog Lizzy and cat Tyler. She was flexible with drop off and pick up times which was so helpful. Amanda kept us updated on how they both were doing and sent us lots of pictures. It was such a relief to know they were being well cared for. I was especially thankful for her willingness to take in our senior cat. He is almost 17 and I was worried about leaving him home alone this year. He warmed up quickly to her and made himself right at home. We will definitely use her again in the future!
Amanda was great! She was very accommodating with my pups quirks (she was afraid of the open tread stairs at Amanda's house, but she learned they aren't scary!) and was great at making her feel at ease. I knew Juno was in good hands, so I had no worries while I was away for the weekend.
Amanda has been great with Snoop and helping him get acclimated to his new home!!
Amanda was great with our Goldendoodle. He loved running around her backyard and chasing her dog Gracie around! Would definitely use her again!

I'd like to know about any behavioral issues (house training, chewing, etc. — these may necessitate crating). Your dog must get along with my dog (I recommend a meet & greet ahead of time, Gracie takes about 15 minutes to warm up to another dog).
A typical day
We'll go on at least two walks per day, play with toys, and they can run around with Gracie in our big back yard. Gracie is just over 3.5 years old and is FAST! She loves to run with another dog, so if your dog is high energy, he/she will definitely come home tired (but if your dog just wants to lie around, Gracie won't mind).
