Hi there! My name is Amanda and I have always had a heart for animals, especially dogs and cats! I’m located in Glendora and my husband and I are pet parents to two adult cats and one 11 month old rescue mutt. Growing up, I always had a dog and a cat. (Or two!) As an adult, when I lived in my first apartment and couldn’t have a dog, I volunteered at the German Shepherd Rescue to walk them! I For the last six years I worked as an intel analyst for the US Marshals Service, but now I'm pursuing a passion project. I currently work a couple days a week, but I was inspired to sign up to be a dog walker because I had such a hard time leaving our puppy when I was at work full time. I shed tears more than once during my morning commute to work, but I didn’t know where to look for a walker who I could trust. Now that I know about Rover, I'd love to help someone in this same situation. Let’s start walking!
