Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I can remember. As I grew up, my family always had a family dog (which I referred to as sisters!). Through the years, I was asked by family friends to watch their animals. My name was then spread throughout the community and I was getting lots of requests to take care of family pets! I truly love helping.

Amanda did a wonderful job caring for my pup! She was attentive to all of her care instructions and made sure to walk her frequently. She also sent me many pictures which is always appreciated! Will definitely be using her services in the future!
Amanda was fantastic!! We could definitely tell Miller was happy while she was taking care of him. She took the time to send us pictures each day which meant a lot too. She not only took excellent care of our dog but our home as well! Highly recommend her!
I used to dog sit myself, but when I got out of it she took over one of my clients. They absolutely love Amanda! She is great with all animals, and extremely reliable.

I would want to have a meeting with the pet’s owner first and foremost so that the pet can meet me with the owner present. I’d like to go over the pet’s routine, food schedule, potty schedule, and any medication the pet is currently on. When I stay in the client’s home, I am very conscientious about taking care of not only the pet, but the client’s home as well. I am a guest! I am responsible, respectful, and caring.

A typical day
I love to keep dogs active and let them have some fun! I can take them to the park, walks downtown, play with toys. Your fur babies will be tuckered out when you come home!

Availability
I work now as a school counselor from 7:30-3:00. If needed, I can leave work on my lunch breaks to feed or let pets go to the potty. I can do whatever is needed- check in on pets in the morning/evening, stay with them over night, go on walks, etc.
