Pet care experience
I have been around dogs since I was born and have loved them just as long. For many years I have been taking care of people's dogs when they are away; providing the dogs time to get their energy out. I helped raise a dog for Guiding Eyes and know their basic commands training. I had my own dog for almost 14 years so I understand how important your dog is to you. I am very caring and loving with dogs, I know they all have their unique personalities. Each dog is different and special - I will give your dog whatever it needs for he/she to be happy, but also for you to be happy.

Amanda was fabulous with Sofy. This was our first time leaving our dog. Sofy has a lot of energy and Amanda was great with her. She communicated quickly and sent lots of pictures and updates. She clearly loves dogs. Our week away was more relaxing with Sofy in Amanda's care. I would use her again.

A typical day
I like to cater experiences to whatever your dog enjoys. If they just wanna cuddle and go for some leisurely walks, that's what we’ll do. If they are a more adventurous pup, we can go for hikes in the Adirondacks or have a lake day.

Availability
I work part time in Saratoga so on my days off I am able to spend all day with your dog! On days I work, I make sure all dogs in my care get some exercise in before or after my shift is up.
