Pet care experience
I have loved animals since I was a child. I've owned just about any type of animal you can think of, from cats and birds to lizards, turtles, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs and prairie dogs! Over 30 years of experience if you count my childhood. I love all types of animals and will treat your pets like my own when caring for them. My pets are part of my family and your pets will receive the same love and care when you trust me to watch over them for you! If you have any questions about my ability to take care of your pet while you are away, please ask! I am willing to learn for animals that I may not have experience with, but I guarantee that I have experience with similar animals, no matter how exotic. I currently work full time during the day, but am available for drop in visits and walks in the afternoons and evenings M-F and anytime on the weekends or during school breaks. I currently have a dog and a guinea pig in my home. Unfortunately my own dog does not always play well with others, so I am currently only available for drop in visits to your home or walks.

We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing that we wouldn't have to board our kitties and they would have company at home. While they were happy to see us when we got back, their general lack of anxiety showed they were well cared for. Have booked Amanda in the past and will do so again!
Amanda was great! Our large dog loved his twice daily walks and feeding. He was immediately comfortable with her and was happy to have her around. Amanda was thoughtful in sending us pictures of him on his walks and gave us daily updates. We highly recommend her and will contact her again soon! Thank you Amanda
Amanda is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We were gone for 10 days and normally have friends and family drop in on our 3 cats but couldn't get it to work out this time and I am so glad it didn't. Usually our cats run and hide whenever someone would drop by and when we got home they were anxious and angry with us. With Amanda they would all greet her and play with her. When we got home from our longest trip they were happy like we had never left. Amanda consistently gave us detailed daily updates with pictures and cleaned up all the old food, litter and kitty accidents. She was truly the best companion for our cats and we will now only use her when we travel (sorry friends and family)!!!
Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my my little furballs were not only well taken care of, but that I had peace of mind while I was away. She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her and her services ?
