Pet care experience
I've owned dogs my entire life and love them with all my heart! They have had a large impact on my life and contributed to me growing and thriving as a person. I'm available around the clock other than when I'm in class (with CoVID that’s 24/7 except for one class in person, one day a week), and haven't ever given the wrong impression when meeting a furry friend. I like to take them on walks about four times a day, sometimes five when the weather is fairing well. I always feed the animals I care for on a schedule and assure they are let out soon after they've been fed. Although I do have a cat, she is very easy going with pups. I’d also like to add the one review I do have that isn’t good was when I lived with another person whose animals they didn’t care for. I now live with my partner who also loves animals and will happily help. We keep a very neat/tidy household. Two sitters for the price of one! We hope to meet your lovely companion soon.

I could not have asked for a better sitter for my senior dog, I had a stressful, last minute trip come up and knowing that my dog was not only safe with Amanda and her wonderful partner Dylan, but she was also comfortable and relaxed in the photos that were sent to me. I have used other sitters in the past, and could tell when my dog was not comfortable in that particular environment and fortunately, this was not the case this time. I absolutely will be using Amanda again and again for my sitter needs :)
Flexible availability for my last minute traveling. Great with pictures and keeping me updated. Very friendly people in the household. The negative was that the house smelled like dog urine, my dog came home smelly, her food bin was chewed up, and her leash was sent home with someone else (switched leashes).
She's awesome! Got pictures and updates over the weekend and took amazing care of my sweet pup!!

A typical day
Living right downtown outside of the science museum, we love to walk through all the little nooks the fan has to offer. Twice a week I make it a mission to walk to Byrd park, just to get away from the city feeling and really enjoy Richmond.

Availability
I wake up daily at 7 and do walks immediately. Then I do a walk around 10 for food digestion, another around 2, and lastly one usually at 6 and a quick pee break at 10-11. If your pups on a schedule let me know! I can happily accommodate their needs.
