Pet care experience
Known affectionately as "pug lady" among my friends and family, I am the owner of two loving little pugs named Wilbur and Olive. I have a large, spacious and immaculately clean apartment where you can feel safe leaving your beloved pup. I have ten + years experience caring for dogs (including my own!) and will provide a warm, safe, and relaxing experience for your pooch while you're away. Because I may be the most anxious dog owner alive, I know how important it is to be sure that your dog is in good hands! I am available for short and longer term stays, and your doggo will enjoy long walks in the park around the corner, his or her choice of couch to nap on, and the jovial and snorty company of my two pugs. I follow directions to a T, will send daily photos and updates, and will make sure your dog enjoys his time with us!

Had such a great experience with this sitter. This will surely be the first place I consider the next time I need a pet sitter. She provided lots of pictures and my dog looked so happy and at ease in all of them that I could truly enjoy my vacation without worrying. All my care can instructions were followed to the T and her apartment was impeccably clean. My Shelley clearly had a great time with lots of love, walks, and play.
Amanda was originally a client of mine, and through working with her loving pugs (and fish!) for almost 7 months, I've come to know Amanda as the kind of person who goes above and beyond to ensure that her dogs and others' dogs who she knows are always safe, happy and well taken care of! I was so excited to learn of her decision to begin boarding on Rover, because she really considers her pups her kids, and I know that the lucky pooches who will spend their time with her and her pugs will receive the same kind of love, attention and care that she so graciously gives her own! Plus her pugs are hilarious, adorable little balls of fun who will undoubtedly enjoy every moment spent with their new boarding buddies! :D

A typical day
I live in a green and lovely area, surrounded by two different parks as well as a dog run. I bring my own pugs to my favorite area of the park, where they can run (on leash) and sniff to their heart's content. During the summer months, I love making dog-safe doggy ice cream for my pugs, and I am well versed in making sure everyone stays hydrated and cool. In the winter, I have lots of doggy blankets for them to nest in. My building is very dog friendly and I have tons of fun neighbors who frequently drop by- so your dog won't want for pets and treats! My pugs are very friendly and playful, but visiting dogs can easily be separated from them if need be (my apartment is large and easily "halved" by a baby gate.)
