Pet care experience
I come from a big family where we always had some type of animal in the house. There was never a time without a dog. From labs to lap dogs, I have always loved them. I have had my own dog for ten years now and he is my best friend. I take him on at least a two mile walk every single day, rain or shine. We also love hiking and swimming!

Amanda is a trustworthy and loving pet caregiver. She has taken care of my dog and cats on numerous occasions when I have gone out of town or needed her to just make a drop in visit. I know when they are with her that they are in great hands. She will give your fur baby or babies tons of love and attention and make sure they are fed, walked and played with. She’s the best!
Incredibly attentive with my dog. Always makes sure he had everything he needed and sent plenty of updates in both text and picture form. Took care of him better than I would myself.

I have a fenced in yard and doggy door (for smaller dogs) and my cat actually uses the doggy door as well! I have a big tub for baths. Both my dog and cat have free range of the whole house.

A typical day
Depending on the neighborhood, I can take your dog to many places! My favorites are the dog park in Irondale Baseball Fields, railroad park, any walking trail that’s near really. We can throw frisbee or balls or play tug of war.

Availability
I work part time, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your fur babies. I am definitely a walker so if you need just a walk in the yard, or throughout the whole neighborhood, I am there! I can also do baths.
