I am 28 years old, located in Mar Vista. I love dogs and can give your pup all the attention and exercise they need! I have experience taking care of all types of breeds, temperaments, and ages. I have a 3 year old doberman at home who is very playful, gentle, and great with all other dogs. We live a very active lifestyle and would love another friend to join us on adventures! I am also happy to house and pet sit your dog independently. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or a meet and greet.😊 Included in my daily fee I can offer hikes, runs, visits to the dog park, or anything else that fits your pet's lifestyle. I am also happy to take your pet places alone if they do not do well with other dogs. I have a pretty flexible schedule and always prioritize my animals.

Amanda did a great job taking care of our fur babies! She stayed overnights for us over the holiday and we’re very grateful we had someone reliable to care for our pets. We came back to well behaved animals (which hasn’t always been the case in the past) and a clean apartment (which also hasn’t always been the case in the past haha!). Would definitely recommend!
Amanda has been a responsible and loving dog caregiver both for her own animals and when caring for animals belonging to friends and relatives. She has participated in several weeks of training coursework with some of her animals, and has a good basic understanding of animal behavior and training practices. Amanda has also owned at least one animal with significant behavioral issues which she was able to successfully address during her training coursework.
This girl rocks! She saved me by watching my dogs last minute for two week while I went on vacation. She communicates well and is incredibly personable, and my pups seemed to be please when we returned next. I will absolutely be using her again.

A typical day
Depending on what your pet is comfortable with and energy levels I am happy to take them on long hikes for good exercise or just light walks around the neighborhood. My own dog is also very friendly and playful if they prefer the company.

I work in healthcare remotely which allows me a lot of availability and flexibility to pet sit. Weekends and most weekdays are fine with my schedule.
