Pet care experience
I have taken care of family pets since I was very young. We always had at least one pet in the house and I would never have it any other way. I've watched puppies and kitties grow up into dogs and cats and snuggled and loved them the whole way. I am used to giving pets medicine however am not comfortable giving shots to someone else's pet. I currently have three fluffy kittens in my home and am watching them grow before my eyes every day. My life motto is "It is always a puppy/kitten. No exceptions no matter the age."

Amanda took excellent care of our cats during our weekend trip, and did an excellent job of keeping us informed and reassured with updates and photos. She was prompt with her visits, took care of all the details, including mixing meds into the food, and was cheerful, friendly and responsive about communicating. We would definitely use her again.
Amanda is amazing! She recently stayed with our new puppy for a couple days and I couldn't recommend her more highly. Amanda has a very nice way with animals and she was extremely communicative, flexible, and dependable. Puppies are not easy - between the potty training and the need for more attention and supervision, Amanda handled everything beautifully. We will definitely be using her again!

I unfortunately not able to provide pet services at my house at this time as I have a very strict landlord. I do however live close by to the beach and a bunch of parks where dogs love to frequent and hang out and drag their owners along with them.

Availability
I currently work full time as an IT support technician. I am available after work starting at 6pm and on weekends all day. I am very flexible with my scheduling however at minimum of an hours notice plus travel time would be very much appreciated.
