Pet care experience
I care for each dog as if it is my own! I've been working with dogs for 15 years now, training them for 13 years. I care for dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities. This is feasible for me because I specialize in behavioural and socialization training with dogs! Crate trained and crate free dogs are both welcome, I just ask that owners are honest about house training! Dogs of all ages are welcome. I have experience with both ends of the spectrum, from imprint training infant puppies, to working with & boarding senior dogs! I am used to caring for large groups of dogs. I have cared for up to 20 dogs at once! I can walk groups of over 10 dogs together (and properly) on leash as well! There will always be a variety of dogs to play and walk with, alongside individual care. I do whatever I can to cater to every dogs individuality while maintaining my pack's environment! At my current location, I unfortunately cannot safely accept “red zone” dogs due to the setup. I will update my info section when that has changed!

Alyssa was wonderful with our large dog. We didn't get a chance to meet in person but she was dependable, a great communicator and definitely made quick friends with our pup. I would absolutely recommend her :)

My yard is fully fenced with a gated driveway & several mapped/gated areas to cater to the routine. We stay on-leash anywhere outside of the yard, & have a small training loop within the yard for on leash/off-leash work! I have a double door entry/exit, & security gates throughout the home. We also have a bathing area, & a table to check everyone over & do basic grooming care; a bath & blowout, nails, ears, brushout, etc.

Everything I can know! Personality, any history that the owner may think is important for me to know! How are they on the leash? How are they with other dogs? Are they a rescue? No breed preferences, but I have extensive experience with Swiss breed dogs!
A typical day
Each day we wake up & do breakfast for every dog on property. After breakfast and bathroom breaks, we balance between group/individual activities & free time inside & outside. We typically do a group feeding in the afternoon/evening depending on everyone’s diet! At night, everyone has a good bathroom break in our front area, and gets snuggles & fresh towels/bedding. I do on and offleash walking all on property. We do on-leash walks next to a small portion of Pefferlaw Creek by my house, or sometimes go into town to get a good “city sidewalk” walk in. On property we have: -a swimming pool for the dogs (lifejackets required, we have extra) -small training loop -shop that has been converted to a huge doghouse & puppy pen -several activity/gated areas within our fenced yard -several dogs to cater to different personalities -several spaces within the home for guests to settle into for their stay

Availability
Since I have my own dogs, and this is my main job, my daily routine is geared toward pet care! Luckily, my other part-time job is from home, and always comes 2nd in priority to pet care.
