I’ve been immersed in the care and study of dogs, cats and small animals throughout the past 30 years. Upon completion of my schooling, I received certification as a Veterinary Assistant. I love working with pets, with a specialty in small animals—especially cats and rabbits, but also guinea pigs, birds, fish, and other pocket pets. I’m also comfortable on a farm setting looking after some of the smaller animals; goats, chickens, ducks, etc. A large part of my life and heart has been devoted to the care, rescue and fostering of cats and rabbits. I’m very familiar and responsive to the unique needs and personalities of the various breeds. I’ve never met a cat who didn’t eventually warm up to me...even to the surprise of it’s owners! I’ve been called a “cat whisperer”. I am a very kind, clean, detail oriented, and conscientious person who views and treats pets as the beloved and treasured family members that they are.
