Alyssa was great with Leo! I received plenty of picture of my pup while I was away. She didn't hesitate to text me when she has a question about him.

Alyssa was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time using rover and my first time having a "stranger" watch my little pup Monty, but Alyssa couldn't have made this more smooth for me and was extra attentive when it came to easing my concerns! She was completely adaptable and flexible to fit my needs, from having another family member drop and pick him up, to me going back and forth between exact dates, she handled everything with ease, friendliness and professionalism. She was great at communication, we spoke via text at least once a day about how things were going, she was kind enough to send me the cutest pictures of my little guy, and most importantly Monty looked incredibly happy and comfortable! She took him everywhere she could, when she could including a fun trip to her family's house where they have a huge backyard, and multiple trips to the dog park she has conveniently located in her apartment complex. She was kind enough to let me into her apartment before Montys vacation, her place was incredibly spacious and very clean. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, I highly recommend Alyssa and I will definitely be open to using this service again next time I need it! Thanks again!!
