Alyssa took excellent care of our dog, Bruno. They went on many great adventures together. She was always on time and took thorough notes. We are very grateful for all the care she provided.

Alyssa did a great job walking Winnie and made sure to keep in mind all of Winnie's little eccentricities! I loved receiving updates with pictures and notes about the walk-- always the highlight of my lunch breaks! I will definitely have Alyssa walk Winnie again and would recommend her to anyone in the area!

Can't say enough great things about Alyssa! Our pup was walked by a number of walkers, but Alyssa's interaction with Jackson really stood out. Spartan Dog Whisperer

I have a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University, which included coursework in animal behavior. I've also spent time educating myself on dog training tactics and ...

What Alyssa would like to know about your dog

It's important for me to know if and how a dog is trained, how they get along with other dogs and people, and any medical problems or allergies they may experience. I take the safety of the pets in my care very seriously so I always want to know what to expect so I can have a plan in place.

In general, I prefer larger breeds and mixes. This is in part because I like to exercise with dogs, but also because I've been bitten by small dogs such as pomeranians but almost never by large breeds or mixes. Still, I walk several small dogs with great temperaments! I just would prefer to meet them first before offering a service.
