Pet care experience
I've had animals my whole life (both cats and dogs) and have been taking care of my own two cats for over six years now. I have also taken care of several of my friend's animals on a regular basis which includes both cats and dogs, including a few puppies! I have done everything from simple food & water visits, letting dogs out to use the bathroom, scooping litter boxes, full walks, baths, and even administering medication on a few occasions (I can give both dog & cats pills or medicine if need be).

Alyssa is an absolute miracle worker! We just moved to Nashville last week and I had to go out of town for work. My senior dog loved her at our meet and great but was very scared/nervous with the change of routine during their first day of drop ins. Alyssa was kind and patient, as well as very understanding of Minnie and her needs. She was diligent in working to gain her trust and by the end of the weekend, they were bffs! I will definitely be rebooking with Alyssa in the future. She has set the bar so high for Rover caregivers I am almost nervous to try any other individuals. Thank you so much, Alyssa!

I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking for someone to watch their fur babies. Our dog can be shy around new people but she warmed up to Alyssa instantly and she took great care of her during her visits!

I am extremely responsible and take caring for pets very seriously. I consider my own pets practically my children and would treat your fur babies the same! I can ensure your pet has enough food & clean water, let them out and/or take them for a walk, scoop any litter boxes, give any necessary medication, and I'm happy to clean up any messes should they happen in-between visits. I will show your pet lots of love and playtime during my time with them and am happy to provide photos & videos if you'd like! I am also extremely careful to lock all doors and ensure your pet will be safe and sound until you're back!

A typical day
Fetch, tug-of-war, belly rubs, cuddles, you name it! Whatever your pet enjoys, I'll make sure we have a good time during my visit! I love walking dogs in parks when possible!
