Pet care experience
My names Alyssa and I am looking to start pet sitting again. I did it continuously for about 3 years following my 7 years of experience when I was working with domestic and exotic animals as a vet tech. I made a career change when I moved to Grayson County so I no longer work in a vet office. I will always miss my first passion so this is why I am trying to get back into pet sitting and meeting new friends! I have 3 dogs myself- Oakley, Drogo, and Tyrion. About this sitter: I am a 29 year old that previously worked as a vet tech for several years. I provide my time and love to all pets. I have a family of seven, my self, my husband, our two kids and our three four legged kids. I have been raised around animals of all kinds (yes, even exotics!) and can care for just about anything. I am always happy to babysit your four legged kiddos!!! Meet my pets Oakley- 8 year old Great Dane. My old man, he’s super chill and spends most his days sleeping in my bedroom staying away from the craziness. Drogo- 3 year old French Bulldog. He is my wild child, he has a sassy bark but is a big baby except when it comes to sharing toys.... he never learned how to share and runs away with them the whole time. Tyrion- 3 year old French Bulldog. My special needs boy. He has special needs (only during feedings) and he just wants to be a normal guy. He runs around loving life wanting everyone to be his bestie! About my yard I am situated on a 1 acre yard, no fence. I have the capability to walk on an extra long leash or tie out under shaded trees just for bathroom needs. I don't believe dogs should stay outside in Texas so I keep them inside 90% of the day. I also live in the perfect neighborhood for short and long walks pending the dogs wants! My preference is to come to your home but I still make sure all pets stay safe that come over and spend time here! My experience administering medication As mentioned previously- I am capable of administering meds due to all my years of experience. I understand that unexpected things happen and they shouldn’t interfere with vacations!

Alyssa was very flexible with drop off and pick up times, she always responded quickly when checking up on Roxie. I could tell when I dropped her off that Roxie was in good hands and I was right.
Alyssa and her family were wonderful to my sweet Allie! I will definitely use her again and recommend her to all of my family and friends!
Baily looks happy and well. I will ask for help when spring or summer break time.

I prefer all dogs to be up to date on all core vaccines. These include, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordatella. I also ask that if you dog does not like other animals to just simply let me know in advance. My dogs have their own "room" that they can go in during your dog’s playtime. I have no breed preferences but do ask for all behavior issues to be told up front.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks My neighborhood is a great place for walks. I try to walk my dog several times a week, if not we spend a good time playing and running around! Your dog's sleeping arrangement I no longer provide crates, please be sure to bring them as when I do leave the home I am unable to let your pet have free roam of my house, that puts risk to my personal belongings as well as your pets health if he/she gets into something while I'm in bed or gone. Time I'll spend with your dog I work 3 days a week for only a few hours that are actually away from home but am available even during work hours to come home. So all pets get A LOT of attention. I also have a good size backyard that they can play in as much as they please!
