Although I have been surrounded by dogs all of my life, I have had the most individual experience with animals within the past two years. One of these years, I looked after a cat that was shared with my roommate; and also over this past year, I have been raising a chocolate lab puppy who is now 9 months old. I love animals with a passion and enjoy doing things to take care of them. My happiness comes from making animals happy! That may sound very cliché, but in my case I find it very natural! I am a full-time nursing student, but my summer hours are pretty flexible! Having time off from school in the summer helps me save up money for school, and Rover is something that I would really be able to enjoy wholeheartedly. I do have another part time job right now which varies on week-to-week availability. I am more than willing, though, to help work out something for you and your pup! I am very nurturing and it would be a definite guarantee that your dog would get more belly rubs and treats than ever imagined! I also enjoy encouraging intelligent play like learning new tricks, agility training, and games like hide and seek. While I can be high-energy, I can also veg out and have a Netflix date with even (ahem!) a couch potato! So what are you waiting for?!
