Dogs are wonderful pets, so loving, always there for you, and become your best friend/family. I love dogs and feel this job is more fun than it is a job. I work full-time as a Dietitian and would love to put my spare time towards helping care for your pet and provide them with fun, and a good home! Let’s be honest.. dogs are therapy. I am very caring, loving, and energetic - everything a doggo needs. I can promise your dog is in the best hands. I’m happy to send you picture/text updates as requested. I would love to help/host your furry friend!

I have counted on Alyssa several times to watch my dogs Knuckles (Yorkie) and Bella (Rottweiler). She has not only watched them during the day, but stayed overnight in my home as Knuckles is not used to sleeping alone. My dogs were very well-loved during our weekends away, and my house kept clean and tidy during her stays. I do have a ring camera, so I was able to see Alyssa come and go from my house exactly as she said she would. She is very reliable and I wish she moved back home so I could employ her again!
Alyssa is a wonderfully attentive dog watcher, she adores the animals and make sure they are taken care with all their needs. She is good with all size dogs, gives extra cuddles and makes them her main focus.

We have a 2 story apartment, plenty of room for a dog/pet to roam freely and feel comfortable. I keep the place clean, and doggie proof. Happy to allow them on all furniture, take them for walks throughout the neighborhood, fetch, walks and hikes if allowed as well. We have a park 0.1 miles away perfect for playing. Love giving belly scratches and keeping your furry friend as entertained and as comfortable as we can!

I’d like to know their bathroom schedule, food schedule, how many walks or activity in a day they are used to, and things that could scare them (other dogs, noises etc).
A typical day
We have a park in our backyard perfect for running them and playing fetch. We also have a private fenced in backyard which is perfect to keep the door open all day so they are free to roam in and out of the house into the yard as they please!

I work from home 1-2 days/week, and have every Friday off. I can easily accommodate a pet during work days, and on my day off!
