Hi! My name is Alyssa, I am 24 years old and I live in Salt Lake City! I absolutely love all animals & especially dogs(sometimes more than people)! I previously owned a Vizsla named Parley and currently own a 3 year old female Great Dane named Oakley & a 2 year old male Great Dane named Ziggy! I have also always been around my families many dogs as well as lived with multiple different breeds and am super comfortable & patient with all different kinds of dogs! I currently live in a fairly spacious home in Millcreek, with a few roommates. Both my dogs are super dog friendly & love to play! They can be a little cautious at first with new dogs but usually adjust super quick & are wrestling/playing tug for hours! I love to be outdoors & am very active and go on hikes 1-2 times a week with my dogs & go to the park every single day, but I also have a very nice and very large, fenced in backyard for them to enjoy😊 I have an XL crate available for use as well, and have a very dog friendly home with toys & beds & all the essentials, and dogs are allowed on furniture. I am also comfortable with ecollars and have plenty experience as both my dogs use Dogtra ecollars! I can’t wait to care for your sweet pups!

Alyssa was amazing with my yellow lab. Very accommodating to my travel schedule and sent a lot of pictures and videos so I knew Latoka was having fun. I will most certainly look to book with Alyssa again the next time I need a sitter!
Alyssa loves pets and cares for them like she does her own dog. She is very conscientious and loving and would be a great person to give your pet the very best care while she is watching them.
Alyssa was so good to our pup! She was really laid back, asked about any routines or medication & gave our pups a little time to warm up before leaving them alone. She loved on Luna and sent us tons of videos and pictures of them at the park. Luna have home happy and exhausted after a long weekend, which is just the way we like it :)
Your dog will always be well cared for when with Alyssa! She always makes sure to implement & reinforce good training, while also giving your dog the utmost love and care! Highly recommend her as a caretaker for your fur babies! Amazing!

We have a large fully fenced backyard, and live next to several parks. Pets are allowed on all of our furniture & more than welcome to sleep up on my bed if staying over night(might not be room since my Danes seem to think they fit up there lol- but we also have several dog beds that are open to all pups :) It’s a very dog friendly environment with not anything expensive or much to get into. I also make sure to always keep dogs separated during feeding to avoid any issues & I do prefer to have dogs that are kennel trained but am fine if they’re not- as long as they are not destructive!

I only accept dog friendly dogs! As this is my dogs home first and foremost & don’t want to put them in high anxiety situations! Please let me know if you’re dog is food aggressive or anything of the sort as well so we can be extra aware of that!
A typical day
I tend to go for walks 1-2 times a day &/or go to the park with the dogs almost every single day, plus we go on a hike every weekend(and can cater what we do to your dogs activity level). While at home, both Oakley and Ziggy would love to have another dog to join in their constant chase, tug of war, and wrestling! But we also understand not all dogs love rough play & can always be sure our dogs do not overwhelm visiting pups or older dogs :)

Availability
I am self employed and have a pretty flexible schedule, where I’m able to stop in throughout the day, and I am home on weekends and am much less busy! I only work about 25 hours a week so I’m home a good amount!
