Pet care experience
Animals have been very important to me since childhood, and you can easily see that by taking a look around my apartment! I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Working at an equestrian center and volunteering at shelters has given me plenty of experience with a variety of critters from horses to frogs. I have pet sat for family friends, neighbors, and coworkers for many years and wanted to offer my services to other pet lovers while I have extra time in my schedule. I am an avid walker and hiker, and would love to bring your pet along. I am incredibly reliable and responsible. Due to having a reactive rescue dog, safety is one of my biggest priorities and I will go out of my way to make sure your fur baby is looked after both in your home and outside of it 💖

Alyssa is the best!! My fur babies love her! She is reliable and on time always! We have used her many times for drop ins and pet sitting and will continue to do so as long as she's available:)
Alyssa was amazing with my 3 rescue kitties while I was gone! She administered 4 different medications twice daily for them and even got my extremely shy cat to come out! A lifesaver and will definitely contact her again to watch my cat.
Excellent communication and daily cards with pictures of our boys! We will happily request bookings in the future!

Unfortunately I do not host doggy daycare or boarding at this time , but I am more than happy to house sit, do drop in visits, or take your pet on walks. I will make sure you return to your home looking exactly (if not better) than as you left it!

Some things I like to know before hand are: - Medications - Medical Concerns - Daily Routine - Emergency Contacts - Neighbor information if applicable - Any other relevant info about what your pet likes! Additonally, please inform me if your pets are not current on their shots or flea/tick preventative.
A typical day
Allowing a dog to sniff is a great way to expel some additional energy if we are on a limited time frame. I can take your dog around the neighborhood, to near by areas, or for a fun romp around the yard.

Availability
Currently I work from home doing first shift, so I am available during my lunch break or anytime after 2:00pm during the week, and anytime on weekends! My schedule is flexible, please ask if you have any questions. *Please note that constant care is a higher rate, at this time during house sittings I am able to be with your pet the majority of the day, but need at least 2-4 hours for other drop ins and to walk my own pets*
