Pet care experience
I have had plenty of experience caring for pets. I started out college studying to become a veterinarian. During that time I interned at 4 different vet clinics. I have always had a passion for animals. I grew up been the girl in the neighborhood making friends with the neighbors pets and caring for them when their owners are away. This care includes giving the animals necessary medication if needed, walks, baths, playtime, outside time, house sitting and at my house sitting with them. I own a kitten and a 7month old pup. They both love other dogs and guests to play with. Please don't hesitate to reach out! I'd love to be of assistance for you and your furry friends.

Alyssa is not only very active with and caring toward all animals, she also is responsible and keeps them safe by establishing healthy boundaries. All animals enjoy her company abd she enjoys theirs. I believe her best quality is her patience, she will never become frustrated or angry with the animals. Alyssa will and has shown that all animals will be given more than enough exercise and play time as well as bonding time with her. She makes sure they are never by themselves for too long either.
Alyssa is absolutely the best with animals. She trained at an equine hospital several years ago and loves big and small animals alike. Alyssa has demonstrated great responsibility as she has served as dog sitter for several friends in the neighborhood over the years. Many of her friends call her the "dog whisperer' because of her uncanny ability to communicate with dogs of all breeds and sizes. The dogs know a pet lover when they see one so the rapore is instant. I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment. What is nice about my place is we have a dog park in the facility that is fenced in and the other dogs play great with mine. My dog is young and she LOVES friends. She has a brother who lives with my parents and that dog is a small dog so she is great with all sizes and temperaments. I frequently take her on walks around the premises and take my dog to the Norman dog park. I am happy to keep your dog in their own environment if thats what you choose and I am also happy to have them come for a sleep over in ours. Whatever you are comfortable with is what I will accommodate to. I'm happy to send photos of my place, let you check it out, and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I know it is important to know your pets are well taken care of so anything I can do to put your mind at ease is never too much to ask for.

Availability
Currently I am a student at OU, but my class schedule is very light. I am only in class MWF from 10:30 - 2:30. ( I have a break in-between those classes from 11;30 - 1 if I absolutely need to leave and check on them) I am typically at home or close to home and due to my own pets, I am used to a schedule that revolves around making sure they are out frequently and have plenty of time to play inside and outside.
