Pet care experience
I recently graduated from Carleton College in Minnesota, and love dogs. I have spent my whole life, but especially high school and college petsitting for friends, neighbors, and others spread by word of mouth. I am excited and willing to travel to help meet the needs of as many dogs as possible. It's a win-win, I get to hang out and take care of great dogs, and pet parents can be comfortable knowing a true dog lover is taking care of their pet. I have worked with all sizes of dogs, from small chihuahuas, pugs, and cocker spaniels, to midsize and larger dogs like boxers, labs, hound mixes, poodles, and great danes. I have experience administering pills and giving injections for medications. I have limited but fun experiences training our family dogs growing up, and in college I helped a neighbor with training a seeing eye dog. I also love cats and other animals, the more the merrier!

Alyssa was fantastic. She stayed in my home to take care of my pomeranian for 4 nights. She gave him lots of love, walks, snugs, and playtime. She kept me updated with texts and pictures throughout the stay and I never once had to worry about him. Would definitely book again.
This was our first time with someone staying over at our apartment to take care of our 1.5 year old pup Maya. I could not be more happy after returning from a trip away for the weekend!! Maya can be scared of strangers when she first meets them, but played with Alyssa right from the first minute of our meet and greet! Alyssa checked in with me and sent updates regularly. Maya got extra long walks, play time and snuggles while we were away and seemed happy and tired when we got back. Our home was in great shape when we returned- Alyssa even left a sweet note for us. It was such a relief to know Maya was so well taken care of! I am really grateful and hope we can request Alyssa to house sit for us again!
Alyssa was great!! She stayed at our house over the weekend and watched our 10 year old pomeranian (Pucca). She sent multiple messages and photos to show us what they were up to and gave us updates on her stay. We felt completely comfortable having her stay in our home and watch our fur baby. We highly recommend her and will definitely be using Alyssa again!
Alyssa was awesome with my pup! She gave her lots of playtime, love and attention. She also put up with my constant questions and requests for updates. Morgan had a great time and it was great that she was able to stay in her own home while I was away. Alyssa was responsible, responsive and Morgan loved her. She can't wait til she gets to hang with Alyssa agin.
