I have had dogs in my family since I was 5. I also have experience pet sitting for friends and family for 6 years who relied on me to feed, walk, and play with their pets while they were away.

While walking, your pets safety is my number one priority and I will make sure to walk in areas deemed appropriate by clients. Having dogs of my own, I understand the importance on keeping them safe when out. I also like to use a harnesses when walking to avoid a dogs collar slipping and possibility of getting loose.

I like to know if the dog is comfortable walking a certain route. I have experience with dogs that have social anxiety and that get nervous if they walk in areas they haven’t been. I would appreciate any info about if your dog is friendly with other people/dogs, if they are reactive to certain things, and if there are specific areas I should avoid walking them.
A typical day
I like to take dogs for walks to get their energy out. I also like going to a park with them and throwing the ball around if they enjoy that.

Availability
I work from home so am home most of the day. I do volunteer at a few places but am never gone for more than 2-3 hours at a time. Plenty of time to spend with your pup :)
