Hello all! We are a family of 3, plus one furry baby. I'm Alyssa and my hubby is Blaine. Our sweet pup, Stella is a rescue. She's a Swiss Mountain Dog mix. We are HUGE dog lovers, and would be thrilled to take care of your pup. The perfect day for Stella consists of the company of another dog. We love to take long walks on trails, and recurrent trips to the dog park. If the dog park isn't your dogs' thing, a walk or yard time is great too. I live in a big house with lots of room to roam around. Plus, a big yard to run, play, and sunbathe in.

Alyssa made me feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby, Bella, with her for the day. Bella was very excited to get there and looked like she had a great time playing with Stella, Alyssa's dog. Bella was able to run around in her backyard which we dont have at home. She was so tired when she got home, I could tell she must have played hard! Bella is on a strict diet and Alyssa was great about making sure she got her lunch and didn't eat anything but her special food. I definitely recommend Alyssa for day care!

I would like to know: - your pups feeding schedule. Note: I always feed dogs separately. - has your dog previously stayed in others' homes. - does your dog have separation anxiety. - has your dog had any surgeries in the last two years. - any triggers for aggression. We do have a child in the home. For the safety of our child and your dog, your dog must be comfortable with children.
A typical day
Our neighborhood provides tons of trails for walking. Twice a week we'll head over to the dog park and/or walk along the trails. I will only take your pup with your permission first, of course. Pups have the freedom to be indoors, or play and roam in the backyard. Can't beat summers in Colorado; you can bet we'll be playing outdoors everyday!!

Availability
I previously worked in Higher Education. Currently, I work part-time from home. My partner works for home as well, so your pup will always be supervised. Being home allows me give your pup tons of love and frequent potty breaks. If your dog loves the outdoors, it can spend as much time outside as he/she likes. I'll always be near keeping an eye on the pups. We are an accommodating and flexible household, so let me know what you and your pup need to make it the ideal stay while you're away. Dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they are most comfortable; we have small and large dog beds scattered about the house, as well as outside. You're welcome to bring your dogs bed and blanket (Stella has one she loves). I know how stressful it can be leaving your dog; rest assure we will take the best care of you dog.
