Working with animals is something that I'm very passionate about, and always have been! I’ve been volunteering at the Capital Area Humane Society for 3 years, which includes walking dogs, playing with cats, and general TLC of the animals. I love taking the dogs on walks on the paths behind the shelter, and spending time with them helping them explore new places and smells, and getting them exercise and giving them love! I also did my internship at the humane society! I've grown up around dogs, and have cared for my family’s two dogs, a 17 year old Lhasa Apso (Missy), and a 2 year old Golden-Irish Setter (Luna). I also spent a few years as a dog walker for a family. I’ve dog sat, dogs ranging in age from puppy to senior dogs, plenty of times for friends and family! As well as spending a summer as a foster home for a local dog rescue! Animals bring so much joy to people's lives and I love to spend time with them! I love taking walks, playing inside and outside, and basically anything else to make sure your pet is safe and loved!
