Alyssa did a great job with our 1 1/2 year old Newfoundland. He had a special diet and she was more than willing to accommodate! Would definitely use her again!!

Would do zero stars if possible. I had a horrible experience with Alyssa. I booked a stay for my dog while I had to leave town for work. We had a pleasant conversation and she confirmed she could watch him and I booked. She even confirmed with me the night before what time I wanted to drop him off in the morning. The next morning, I arrive at her house at our agreed upon time (after going through the trouble of getting a pass to get on the military base), and I messaged her I had arrived. No response. I messaged again, no response. I went up and knocked on the door, no response. I continued messaging and knocking for the next HOUR because I had no other options for places to leave my dog, and needed to fly out that morning. I never got a response. Had to cancel the booking and scramble to find three different people to shuffle my dog around to for the days I was out of town. I still have not received a single response, or an explanation for what happened. This was super unprofessional, and caused me so much stress and anguish.
