Hello! I have veterinary medicine experiences of two plus years, and have made previous jobs house sitting and pet sitting, and decided to reach out to more people! Growing up I have taken care of cats, dogs, horses, fish, small animals and special needs pets. I love going on long walks with dogs and in my free time foster dogs too!

Alyssa was so lovely to work with! She took the best care of our older pup Honey while we were gone for the week. Honey got more walks than she does when we’re home and Alyssa made sure to send us pics of our happy pup each day! Her communication ahead of our trip made me feel so comfortable leaving. I would highly recommend Alyssa and hope we can have her hang with Honey again :)

I live in a one story house with a fenced backyard. For staying at other houses, I always leave the area as clean as when I got there, and respect every aspect of staying in someone’s home. I always make sure to get to know the pets I’m looking after, and to respect any of the owners wishes.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs, medications, aggressions, high prey drive, or anything you may think is important! I do have kitties in the house, so if they were to stay with me they would have to be cat friendly :)
A typical day
I like to take full advantage of nearby parks and trails! Taking your pet out to some of these places means they are sure to get all the stimulation of the great outdoors! For indoor pets, nothing brings a bigger smile to my face than watching animals play with toys, retrieve a ball in fetch, or if they just sit in my lap for cuddles.

Availability
I wake up early to take care of my three kitties and any animals I’m taking care of at the time, then get to work at an avian and exotic hospital, after work I spend time with the pets I’m caring for and make sure they get their needs met, as well as some extra play or cuddle time. There’s at least one photo shoot of the pets per day!!
