From a young age, I had an immense amount of compassion, amazement, and love for all animals. This appreciation continued to grow when my family adopted, Jake (a Pomeranian poodle mix), who was the sweetest dog that everyone loved dearly. At age 11, I learned the responsibility and the numerous tasks to taking care of a pet. Animals bring so much joy into my life and I feel fully present whenever I'm around them. I understand how much a pet means to their family because I've been there myself and thus safety and security is a number one priority.
