Hi everyone!! My name is Alyssa & I cannot wait to take care of your fur babies! I am a veterinary technician, so I have experience caring for dogs, cats, pocket pets, & exotics (reptiles, birds, etc.) in many medical settings. That being said, my specialty is caring for pets with special needs (injections, medications, fluids), and I would love to take over your pet's medical care while you're away! I’m prepared for anything & everything to make sure your furry, feathery, and scale-y loved ones are taken care of! ☺️ P.S. I also love plants & would be happy to water your plants while I’m there. 🌵🪴

We have four very spoiled Malteses. We are not very comfortable nor are they in going for a long period of time to a kennel. We meet Alyssa last year and absolutely love her. She stayed at our home with the four girls for over a week while we were out of the country. Alyssa did fabulous and we knew the girls were loved and safe. We have her scheduled for staying a couple of nights as well this summer. Ayssa is very connected, trust worthy and experienced as a veterinary tech with a well respected clinic as well as working toward a career in veterinary doctor. Alyssa is now considered the girls "Nanny" Highly recommend Alyssa.
Alyssa is incredible with pets of all breeds. She's a person I can consistently rely on to assist in my own pets & know she's not only going to suggest the best care but, leads by example. She's reliable, assertive, and knowledgeable in practically all animal behaviorism's. I would highly recommend her to care for others animals as she has experience, incredible problem solving skills, and a genuine heart for all animals. She is someone I would personally advise to care for not just my pets but others as well. Anyone would be lucky to have her care and expertise

Whether I’m just dropping in, we’re going on a walk, or if we're hanging out for the day, I’ll give them all of the love and space they need to feel confident and safe. I always send updates after each visit/throughout the day with pictures, so you can be sure your pet is doing well and having tons of fun while you’re gone!

The more information you can give me, the better! My main goal is to make sure that your pet feels at peace and that their routine remains as undisrupted as possible. Please let me know if your pet has any dietary restrictions, behavioral accommodations, and/or medical needs! If they have any favorite games, treats, or foods that would be great to know as well!
A typical day
My goal is to exercise your pets both physically & mentally. We can go on walks, play fetch in the backyard, chase toys around the house, or sniff out treats that are hidden in a towel! Your pet will be left feeling stimulated and satisfied. My apartment complex has a small, private dog park that is located right next to my apartment, so we'll make a few trips throughout the day if we're spending the day together!
